From start to finish, nearly no time passed at all. We filed a claim to have the HVAC unit checked at our renter’s request. Renters were immediately called by the servicing company and were out to the house. After a thorough check a part was ordered and an appointment made at renter’s convenience to have the part replaced and the unit fully operational again. Would definitely recommend both the home warranty company and the servicing company!!! Crazy fast and efficient!

Well nothing has changed with this company. I stayed for my contract period but a new appliance and same level of service. Giving them poor would be a gift. They have terrible contractors, and their repair timeline is below standard. This company is TERRIBLE! I would not recommend them to anyone. I am completely disappointed. They then have the nerve to call you and want to discuss your review. The only call they need to make to a customer is one for resolution. So done with this mess of an organization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They finally made all there wrongs right with me. I really hope they get some better people to deal with customer concerns though. The supervisor called me and straightened everything out. I’m now a happy camper.

Wasn’t be able to cover the costs of major repairs or replacement. Not recommended.
They will threaten you if you will leave any negative reviews or feedback about the company and won’t send you any payment for your repair until you delete or edit them to 5 stars positives. Crooks :-/

I would not recommend The Home Service Club because. My A/C was “repaired” 6 times in a span of 1 year rather than replaced.
My brand new top of the line SAMSUNG refrigerator went out after 13 months and when told that the important part needed to repair the appliance was back ordered they opted to wait 7 weeks for the part. I am at 9 WEEKS WITHOUT MY REFRIGERATOR.

My recent claim was for my air conditioning. It was a maintenance deal that we pay for twice a year. When he came to check the system out, he found a burnt plug and a burnt receptacle up in the attic, so he went ahead and replaced that and HSC paid for it. I’m glad he found it because it could have caused a fire.

FRAUD !! FRAUD !!
These people are fraud.They told me how great their service is when they sold me the warranty but when my microwave from my GE Profile microwave/ oven combo broke down , they offered me less than $200 to replace just the microwave. I told them over and over that it is sold as one unit and the microwave alone cannot be replaced and this is at least a $3000 unit , they kept denying it saying it is the way my house is built. I told them that it is the unit that is built that way , not the house.The contractor they sent was a liar and didn’t keep his appointment .I had a horrible experience with them and I am pursuing it legally. Please stay away from these companies . Just find a good handyman and replace any old appliances in your home when they break down .You will save money
